As your Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch new home sales specialist, I recently reported on Hidden Creek town homes in Lakewood Ranch. Just to confuse us Realtors and the public, there's a new subdivision under construction in Sarasota with the same name.
Hidden Creek in Sarasota will have paired villas and single family homes.
The paired villas will have 3 bedrooms and two baths, starting in the low $200's. The single family homes will be either one or two stories, with starting prices in the low $300's.
HOA fees for the villas is $110 per month. Fees for the single family homes hasn't been announced, but expect them to be a bit lower, under $100 per month. Even better: no CDD fees.
A planned community pool, club house, playground, and walking trail round out the list of amenities.
