Sarasota, Venice, and Lakewood Ranch New Homes

The real estate market in the Sarasota area continues at a healthy sales pace. New home sales in particular are robust.  There's more choice for you as a home buyer than ever in my service area, with 50 major new home communities stretching between Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, and The West Villages in Venice. With all this choice, I'm finding buyers are stressed and confused about which communities to consider for their needs.  This is where I come in. On Saturday March 23, I visited the Atlanta Braves spring training facility in The West Villages in Venice, FL. Construction started over a year and a half ago.  The stadium is very nice and well laid out.  There are 6,000 seats. The West Villages has never quite lived up to it's status as a master planned commiunity until now. Blue Heron Park is The West Villages ' first community park, with dog parks and the beginning of a trail system linking different neighborhoods.  It's now open to the public.
