The last time I updated you on Artistry new homes in Sarasota was back in November 2017. Since then, a lot of new construction progress has been made.
The community pool is about 90% completed, and a large group of new home sites has been released for sale. Artistry set out to be different from the prevalent Mediterranean-themed architecture found in our area's new home construction. Artistry is marketing themselves as more contemporary, but you may have to look past some of the over-the-top decorator elements in the model homes to appreciate their floor plans.

Heron Landing is a new home development of 90 single family homes coming to Sarasota, just east of I-75 off Clark Road.
Heron Landings will consist of executive homes set on oversized lots. Prices start in the low $500's. The low HOA monthly fee is $158, which is kept low due to there being no community pool or club house. Most homes in Heron Landing will likely be built with private pools.
