Over the holidays we had some excellent weather, so I took advantage and updated this video of the pool and club house under construction in Waterside at Lakewood Ranch . I think Waterside will be an amazing place to live.  There is 20 miles of lakefront shoreline among 7 huge lakes, which in part will be home to a town center with commercial district, restaurants, businesses, apartments, water taxis, and the new home of The Players Theater. Yesterday between rain showers I visited Waterside at Lakewood Ranch , an exciting new home community.
