Milano has been a popular new home community in Venice FL.  The first phase is nearing completion, with the remaining home sites in the southern section that near Border Road sold and under construction. This new site west of Jacaranda Blvd., by thes same builder of Milano, will be called Aria, with 183 upscale homes under the Neal Signature line.  Homes will be larger and more expensive than homes in adjacent Milano.
