Compare Promenade to other new condos and villas in the Palmer Ranch area, such as Hammock Preserve and Esplanade Palmer Ranch. The villas in Hammock Preserve are priced up to $100,000 higher, while the "garden condos" in Esplanade Palmer Ranch are priced similarly to Promenade, but with no attached garages.
