The last time I updated you on Artistry new homes in Sarasota was back in November 2017. Since then, a lot of new construction progress has been made. The community pool is about 90% completed, and a large group of new home sites has been released for sale. Artistry set out to be different from the prevalent Mediterranean-themed architecture found in our area's new home construction. Artistry is marketing themselves as more contemporary, but you may have to look past some of the over-the-top decorator elements in the model homes to appreciate their floor plans.
