I've lalways been impressed by the speed at which Renaissance at the West Villages has been selling since it opened in January 2017.

Since I'm your Sarasota, Venice, and Lakewood Ranch new construction specialist, I knew that the pool and clubhouse in Renaissance would be just about ready to be open. Take a look at the progress:
