Watercrest in Venice FL is so new, it's not even on the builder' website. If you've noticed the construction and concrete privacy wall going up on the northeast corner of the Jacaranda traffic circle, you've seen the future location of Watercrest. New construction paired villas are returning to the menu of home choices at popular Islandwalk in Venice. Two new Garden Series villas are available:  the Seagrove and the Cascadia.  Each offers 2 bedrooms plus flex room, 2 baths, and 1448 to 1602 square feet of living space.  Islandwalk has five "quick move" villas set for December 2016 occupancy. The move-in ready villas are on Alafaya Street, located on the lower left corner of the map. Yesterday I visited Caribbean Village, a new single family home community in Venice.  As with the other new home developments in the Venice area, there is quite a bit of activity. One of the best features about Caribbean Village will be the community pool and clubhouse.  The new facility will be set on a peninsula surrounded by a large lake, with several spectacular fountains.
