Most home buyers don't deal with new construction every day. Those of us that do are still amazed at how quickly a new home community can take shape.
A good example of this is Toscana Isles in Venice. Since I first started photographing and writing about Toscana Isles, it has consistently received the most interest from potential buyers, both here on this blog, and on my website.
Take a look at the latest pictures. Neighborhood streets are blossoming.
The Toscana Isles clubhouse has progressed as well in just a few weeks since my last update.
Toscana Isles has several spec homes available for sale now, which you can view on my website. Please contact me if you'd like a tour or more information.

I have a Beachwalk update for you. The builder (Divosta) is estimating Beachwalk will be open for pre-sales in fall of 2020. This means you can reserve your home site with a refundable deposit. In case you haven't heard about Beachwalk, it's the sister community to Divosta's highly popular Islandwalk in Venice. I believe Beachwalk will be as popular, if not more, mostly due to it's location value. It's only 2.5 miles from Manasota Key beach via the northern bridge on Manasota Beach Road. Beachwalk will not have the extensive lake views of Islandwalk, but a restaurant and bar and grill are planned here. I expect an amenities center that will closely match the clubhouse and pool in Islandwalk. Model homes for Beachwalk won't be completed by the time they open for pre-sales. Pulte, which owns Divosta and Del Webb, just opened a brand new model park in Del Webb Lakewood Ranch. You can view my photo gallery of these new floor plans at lakewoodranchd
Did you know that working with your own Realtor costs you nothing if you're buying a new construction home? One of the advantages of working with your own Realtor when buying a new home in The West Villages is that I can compile information on all the new home communities, and put that information on my real estate website at davidbarrhomes.com. You don't have to click on all the different builder websites for the different communities, uncertain that you found them all. That's why I collected all the information about The West Villages CDD and HOA fees, and put it all on one page on my website: davidbarrhomes.com/west-villages-venice-fl-fees . Interested in other master planned communities nearby? I also serve Lakewood Ranch , and the 100% solar-powered Babcock Ranch in south Charlotte County, a little over an hour south of The West Villages.
