Talon Preserve is the latest new home development coming to us from the same builder as Hammock Preserve. Apparently, Talon Preserve will be part of the Palmer Ranch Master Association.

Located east of I-75 off SR 72, at the intersection with Lorraine Road (former Bee Ridge Rd extension), Skye Ranch will have multiple neighborhoods.  Each will have it's own amenities center.  In total, 6000 homes are planned.
