Heron Landing New Homes for Sale | Sarasota FL | blog.floridanewhomes.com
Today I toured Heron Landing, a new executive home subdivision in Sarasota, east of I-75 off Clark Road.
These homes will sit on wide home sites, allowing all to have 3 car garages. Expect prices in Heron Landing to start in the low $500,000's, which will include lot premium.
The Kerrville model home will have 5 bedrooms with options for a theater room, den, or larger closets.
The Brookside model uses contemporary wood-look ceramic tile and generous open concept living.
The Brookside model home pool has a long lake view and the option to add an outdoor kitchen.
Meritage Homes is using spray foam attic insulation, designed to save homeowners money on heating and cooling costs.
Heron Landing will have just 90 homes. Located in an A+ rated Sarasota school district, I predict these homes will sell well. Contact me to schedule a tour and select your preferred home site.

Add one more to the list. Promenade Estates is coming soon to the Palmer Ranch area.
Located on Honore Avenue, south of Central Sarasota Parkway and directly across from Hammock Preserve, there's not much information available yet.
Existing competing new home communities in Palmer Ranch offer paired villas, some town homes, and upscale single family homes, most of which I expect will be available in Promenade Estates. The builder, DR Horton, has a luxury home series called Emerald Homes, which I expect will occupy a section of the site, much like they are doing in Toscana Isles in nearby Nokomis/North Venice.
