Skye Ranch is a new master planned community coming to Sarasota. Located east of I-75 off SR 72, at the intersection with Lorraine Road (former Bee Ridge Rd extension), Skye Ranch will have multiple neighborhoods.  Each will have it's own amenities center.  In total, 6000 homes are planned.
