The next step involves reserving a home site. Builders release home sites for sale in small batches. Part of this is the local government permitting process, and part of it is the builder creating a favorable supply versus demand situation, in other words, a sales technique. I've been getting a lot of calls and emails about Oasis at The West Villages.  The target date for sales has been pushed back to April 2018, and not much else about Oasis has been made available.
