The new home community of Rapalo in South Venice is now open, with the first new home under construction. The first new home in Rapalo is under construction. Rapalo is located in South Venice, on Hwy 776 just south of the intersection with Jacaranda. The community will consist of 109 new homes, all with 3 bedrooms and 2 car garage floor plans. Prices will start in the low $200's. As your Sarasota and Venice new home specialist, I'm keeping track of all the latest news from Bellacina by Casey Key. The sales center and three model homes are complete.  There will be a Realtor Open in early April, with sales starting after that.  There is also a limited number of lots that have been released and ready for build.
