Here's a video update on Oasis at The West Villages in Venice FL. The overall site appears ready for construction and the sound barrier fence along Tamiami Trail is being built.  I'm told sales will start in mid January 2018, but it will probably be at least until the end of March that a sales center and model homes will be available. I don't have any floor plans yet or a site map, but I'm told the lots here will accommodate larger, executive homes.
